The Teme Valley Brewery forms part of the Knightwick Estate and central to that is The Talbot at Knightwick country pub & hotel, which has been the face of our Brewery since 1997, serving our loyal regulars and visitors from far and wide sampling the Teme Valley nectar.
Independently owned, the Clift family have been managing the Talbot for 40 years and are supported by a dedicated and talented team who help make The Talbot unique. Firmly rooted in traditions and seasonal produce from the Teme Valley region, it is not only the beer that is produced on the Knightwick Estate. There is an on-site bakery (The Bakers of Knightwick) and The Kitchen Garden allows the chefs to use the freshest homegrown produce to create a menu that changes daily.
The ethos at The Talbot is simple, like our beer, it’s all about authenticity and excellence in everything we do; from the food & drink, our hospitable welcome and the cosy and homely feel. So whether you’re visiting for a drink at the bar, an evening meal or staying the night, we aim to go above and beyond every time during your visit.
The Talbot has been awarded The Good Pub Guide award for Country Dining Pub, Worcestershire 2018.
